Custom Blocks Not Working after Upgrade

Hello,

I have Upgrade by ipb 2.3.6 with the uportal installed and it comes with some custom blocks.

When i finnaly upgraded it i made an install to the unreal portal. Then in the settings all the custom blocks were there but they didnt working even if i set them to YES...

In order to get them working i delete them and i created them again...

Why is this happening?
