Install - Goes to IPB upgrade page

When I click to install Unreal portal it takes me to the forums/admin/upgrade/ page. On that page it says my unreal portal is up-to-date. But It is not enabled or showing installed on the board. Please Help!

Did you check the aplication and modules tab? Maybe is it set there offline
