I cannot shout in the unreal portal but I am able to shout everywhere else, the line to add text is there, but I cannot send the shout so it appears for everyone, any help?
I noticed that none of the buttons are working, refresh, smileys, bbcode, my prefs etc., nothing works.

I'm using IP.Board 3.1.4, could that be a reason?

I cannot be the only one with that problem :/

PS: It doesn't even work with the standart skin.
