excuse my for my English I am French.

I have a problem with this option "Edit/Del Cutom Blocks" in the pca I cannot remove any more nor to publish the block

is in "Custom Blocks" Portal Main, same Ci I puts on yes nothing is not posted on the portal it return on No

from what your asking is that you wish for current blocks to be deleted? if thats true then you need to go through you Uportal main setting and click of stuff you dont want.

However if you want new Content that you have added through blocks and its not showing up on your portal then it means that the code you written in your content block wasnt done correctly. If thats the case, just go through the php/html code that is required for a block to show and make sure that it is correct to what your source is.
