Current Portal 2.1.0 works with 2.1.7 but several issues popping up like unapproved posts/topic showing up, Top Forums does not respect permission masks, etc

I hope these issues are resolved in this new version. Looking forward to it! ;)

I thought it didn't respect permission masks, but I created a member and logged in on one machine and created a post in a "hidden" forum (hidden from members and not admins) and the member couldn't see it so I think that bit works.

But, yes I am also looking forward to the next release.

Permission masks in latest posts seem to be respected but as noted its not in Top Forums, with private forums showing that shouldn't.

Be great to give 2.2 a try, thanks for the portal :D

ya i love this portal :) its the only 1 i ever used that i liked and i even got anumber of friends to use as well witch i sould add loves this as well <_< as i alredy know they would and i do too and i cant wait to see the new unreal portal ^_^

and the upcoming gallery if its realy going to be done, iv not read up to much on this yet...

I dont think that will be to much longer from now seeing how 2.2RC1 is out now!
but i have to say i think all 2.2 is would be only beta2 with no encodeing and maby a few bugs fixed

i upgraded my forums to 2.2 RC1 and it sayes i upgraded to beta2 than RC1... i never even tryed to upgrade to beta2... :blink: :blink: lol
