How to change Unreal Nav Bar Text

In the navigation bar, where do I change the text that says "Unreal Portal"?

This text is too long and on some skins it wraps to a second line causing the skin too look bad.

haha i did this after days i am a retard so basicaly you login to admin cp than go to look and feel than go to multiple languages and copy your language then you can edit it from there
