Installing IPB
Upload folder UnrealPortal
Follow step by step file readme.html
After Start installation UnrealPortal i see always this message

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../init.php' (include_path='.:') in /membri/oxgaminghack/UnrealPortal/portal_install/index.php on line 40

How to resolve?

File Exist but dont open becouse ? i try whit filezilla to change permission this file but dont is possibile
if i open file init.php i see blank page
