After Installation Error

I just installed the unreal portal. The portal isn't showing up, and when you try to go to the forum's ACP you get this message:

What did I do wrong? >.<

Which version of the portal did you download and install?

although I did upload the files for 3.0 before hand(didn't realize it was only for iPB 3.0 at first), but i never installed anything. should that affect it?
