Numbering blocks

Hello I have a question please.
I have the system UNREAL PORTAL 2.3
The system of my forums is IPB 2.3.6
My question is that.
We Advertisers HTML blocks and news articles daily level a lot in terms of quantity.
As there are many more blocks the main page gets busy and more.
My question is I saw a few such sites אומנם not the same system that such a thing Snikra Misfor pp.
For example, suppose the main portal of the system has 10 blocks Reviews articles, etc, then rest even if there are 200 continuing on the following pages for the new old Misfor pp. I have attached a picture. My question is if it allowed to do so in the UP and if so how to do it?
