Here is another update to one of my previous guides which now works on v3.01 forums software. This modification removes the ability to minimize the blocks on the portal, useful if you want to display important information or adverts and you do not want people minimizing them.

- On Admin panel, click on Look and Feel
- Click on the skin you wish to edit, its likely IP.Board.
- Scroll down to skin_uportal and click on it.
- Choose block_start
- Now delete the following line in the code:

<a class='toggle right' href='#' title='{$this->lang->words['toggle_cat']}'>{$this->lang->words['toggle_cat']}</a>

- Click on Save and reload your front page. The arrows should not be visible and users will not be able to minimize blocks..
