Good news on update from 2.3 to 3.0 and then some

The portal is pretty much done. There's just some cleanup left to do and some testing.
I'll probably be updating Unreal Solutions this week and do testing on it, and if everything's good, then expect a release of Unreal Portal sometime next week.
On the upgrading vs fresh installing side, I've got the "fresh" install of the portal written so that it checks if the tables, custom blocks, custom content, settings, etc are there already. If they are, then the installer will simply alter the database structure and data to work with v3.0 instead of deleting and adding everything brand-new. So from the user end, the fresh install and updating are the same thing.
Update: I was able to fix the expand/collapse issue with a helpful hint from bfarber, so major props to him for helping me out.

respect man, cant wait for it. Any chance of when you install it the unreal portal tab would show up 1st in the tabs before the forums link rather than sitting in middle of the tabs?
The way that the tabs work at the top is that the default code in IPB checks the applications installed and dynamically generates the tabs at the top, so without some extra work it's not possible. Plus, Unreal Portal will be the default application anyways (i.e. it'll show when you go to the site first thing) so I don't see much point in putting it first other than for aesthetic reasons.
