Well i had a forum and saw a friend using unreal portal so i was like wow thats way better than what im using! lol so i downloaded so now i wanna know how do i set it up? i have an account at a hosting site and i uploaded all the files in the folder but i still get this error when ever i try to view my site wih the portal files uploaded
