I need to make a fourms for my server but i dont get this hosting bit.
I wont to use ip.board but i dont know how to get forums up.
Please help.

P.S IM ONLY 13 I CANT BUY ANYTHINK. SO FREE WILL BE BETTER THANKS.

Ipb is not for free. than you should take a free one, like smf or phpBB forums or vbulletin board.
