Hey guys,
Since IP.Board 3.2 has gone final, I'm going to start work on Unreal Portal 3.2 in order to get it working with the latest IP.Board version
The basic stuff already works and can be viewed at http://dev.ipb32.unr...php?app=uportal
I'm going to be working on it a bit, and then create a section on the site to report bugs. I'm hoping for an alpha version sometime next week, so stay tuned!

Hey guys,
Was bored today so decided to start porting over Unreal Hide Hack to 3.0
It's coming along decently enough. Was hoping that I'd be able to do a majority of the stuff with hooks, but it doesn't seem to be the case 'cause some classes can't be hooked into. I don't know if it's meant to be that way or if the files were overlooked by IPB, but I filed a couple of bugs. You can go to http://forums.invisi...er.com/tracker/ and search for bugs started by Cricket if you want details.
Anyways, here's some screenshots of the progress so far.

Hey guys,
I've installed IP.Tracker so from now on, if you have any bugs to report for Unreal Portal please use the tracker as it'd be easier for me to manage stuff that way.

Hey guys,
Unreal Portal 3.0 has been released and can be downloaded from the Downloads block at the top of the portal. There's a couple of things that I'm not happy with, namely the statistics block not using the block_start and block_end skin templates and some bbcode div tags not showing the horizontal scrollbar, but that can wait until Unreal Portal 3.0.1
Other than that, please download the release and report any bugs encountered.

Hey guys,
Just tested the update stuff by creating a clone of this site and then updating it to IPB 3.0.1 and then installing the portal. Found some issues, but already got them fixed. The only other thing I've noticed so far is that the "Site Search" block is broken so I'm going to work on fixing that tomorrow.
Other than that, check out http://dev.unreal-solutions.org/ipb3/ as that's what http://www.unreal-solutions.org will look like soon.

Hey guys, some good news.
The portal is pretty much done. There's just some cleanup left to do and some testing.
I'll probably be updating Unreal Solutions this week and do testing on it, and if everything's good, then expect a release of Unreal Portal sometime next week.
On the upgrading vs fresh installing side, I've got the "fresh" install of the portal written so that it checks if the tables, custom blocks, custom content, settings, etc are there already. If they are, then the installer will simply alter the database structure and data to work with v3.0 instead of deleting and adding everything brand-new. So from the user end, the fresh install and updating are the same thing.
Update: I was able to fix the expand/collapse issue with a helpful hint from bfarber, so major props to him for helping me out.
